Osteopathy, pilates and tai chi
Phyllis has been qualified as an Osteopath for 15 years and teaches at both the London School of Osteopathy and The British School of Osteopathy on an undergraduate and post graduate Masters.
She completed pilates training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) which enables her to offer pilates based exercises plus one to one pilates sessions if required
In October 2015 she completed a Tai Chi instructors course for Arthritis and Falls Prevention. She has completed many CPD (continual professional development) courses including a Pregnancy Pilates course in June 2016 and is currently completing her dissertation for a Masters in Sports Injury Management.
